A GARDEN FOR OUR RESIDENTS
A portable garden was constructed for the residents on 3rd floor by Gordon
Hill and Ted Livesay,
both of Garrison. Several residents helped plant
tomatoes, bush cucumbers, peas and carrots. Pictured is resident-Donna
Mautz, tending the garden and admiring the flowers she helped plant. The
picture on the left shows the finished garden complete with top and hanging
baskets.
Bev Boger, a certified nurse assistant, retired after 45 years of service. She will be missed by everyone here at Garrison Memorial Hospital and Nursing Facility. She is pictured below at her retirement party on June 6, 2007.
